Attorneys for local insurance broker Harpreet Chadha and Apple security chief Thomas Moyer call the pay-to-play allegations baseless.

The charges name Apple’s Thomas Moyer, insurance broker Harpreet Chadha, Undersheriff Rick Sung and Capt. James Jensen.
